Senior Front-End Engineer 
Location: Wroclaw, Krakow or London
Type: Contract - with high potential for permanent conversion to Associate Director or Director level depending on experience
Duration: 6 months +
Rate: Up to 2150 PLN per day (Poland) / up to £950/day (London)

We are looking for an experienced Front-End Engineer to join a high-performing team building cutting-edge financial desktop applications. This role focuses on delivering robust, real-time solutions using modern JavaScript and interoperability standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop front-end components for high-performance desktop applications.
Implement asynchronous JavaScript patterns for real-time, event-driven systems.
Work with OpenFin APIs for window management and inter-application messaging.
Ensure interoperability between applications using FDC3 standards.
Optimize performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.

Required Skills

Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, with strong knowledge of asynchronous programming (Promises, async/await, event-driven architecture).
Hands-on experience with OpenFin APIs.
Understanding of FDC3 protocols for secure, standardized communication.
Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON.
