We're looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to:
- Engage with colleagues at all levels to meet business requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical documentation
- Collaborate with technologists to drive delivery within an Agile framework
- Conduct as-is and to-be impact analysis
- Contribute to the reduction of security and operational risks, in line with policies and standards
- Identify opportunities to improve processes
Your Expertise:
- 2-4 years of experience in a SCRUM delivery model within the financial sector
Solid understanding of regulatory reporting obligations such as EMIR, MiFID, SFTR, CFTC, Dodd Frank, etc.
- Cross-asset class knowledge covering both Listed (ETD) and OTC products – Fixed Income, Commodity, Equity, and FX
- Knowledge of end-to-end Investment Management operations
- Beneficial technical experience with SQL, XML, FpML, FIXML, GitLab, Excel, Alteryx, PowerBI
- Inquisitive, able to challenge effectively and manage conflicting stakeholder needs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and an additional local language
