Project Engineer
Germany-based | Working w. company Customers globally (except North America)
Join a leading provider of Pro. Audio, Video and Control solutions, innovating live production technologies and working with customers throughout the global Broadcast market!
This role involves commissioning, configuring, and supporting video/audio/network systems, conducting Site Acceptance Testing, customer training, and collaborating with internal and external teams for successful project delivery. Responsibilities also include enhancing system designs, providing pre-sales support, producing technical documentation, and offering feedback for product improvements.
Key Responsibilities include:

Projects and Commissioning:
- Install, configure, and support AV/network systems in-house or on-site
- Conduct performance evaluations and propose improvements
- Collaborate with clients and teams to ensure project success

Pre-Sales Support:
- Deliver technical solutions and consultancy during the customer journey
- Develop system designs and detailed scope of work documents
- Provide feedback to enhance product features
What you'll bring to the table:
- Education in broadcast video, networking, or related fields.
- Experience with IT, Linux, Docker, and SMPTE standards (2110/2022/AES67)
- Familiarity with IP-based media solutions and control/monitoring systems
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and travel up to 40%
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of German/Spanish is a plus
