The Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (TBSM) team plays a critical role in managing liquidity, market risk, and trading operations, supported by robust technology platforms and a collaborative global workforce.

 

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Application Analyst to provide L1/L2 support for Treasury applications, including ALM, Risk Management, Data Management, and Trading systems. This role ensures system reliability, performance, and compliance across a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality application and user support across global Treasury platforms
  • Conduct proactive health checks and manage incidents through resolution
  • Lead problem management and ensure timely, high-quality fixes
  • Adhere to change management processes and regulatory compliance standards
  • Support disaster recovery testing, user attestations, and audit remediation
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and deliver cross-regional training
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business, and infrastructure teams
  • Participate in shift coverage (7am–5pm), on-call support, and weekend/holiday rotations
  • Ensure 5-day onsite presence as part of team coverage

 

Candidate Profile

  • Experience supporting banking operations technologies (e.g., liquidity, market risk)
  • Strong understanding of multi-tier application environments
  • Proficiency in Linux, Oracle, MS SQL, ITRS, Autosys, Dynatrace, and Splunk
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and scripting (SQL, Java, Python)
  • Knowledge of ITIL (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and SDLC/agile practices
  • Exposure to messaging systems, middleware, and Java application servers
  • Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred
