A leading multi-strat hedge fund is seeking a sharp, technically fluent Application Support Engineer to join its London team. This role sits at the intersection of trading and technology, supporting both proprietary and third-party platforms in a high-performance, multi-asset environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide hands-on support across front and middle office systems
• Collaborate with developers, infra teams, and business users to resolve issues
• Automate monitoring and streamline support workflows
• Own documentation, onboarding, and user enablement
• Communicate clearly around releases, enhancements, and incidents

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience in financial application support and E-Trading
• Deep understanding of trading workflows and post-trade processes
• Scripting skills (Python preferred)
• Knowledge of SQL
• CI/CD familiarity using tools such as GitHub & TeamCity
• Proven track record automating application monitoring and operational tasks
• Clear communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
