Sales Engineer (Iberian Region)
Spain OR Portugal – able to travel regionally and within a comfortable distance of an international airport
Join a leading media processing and delivery technology provider who are growing their EMEA Solutions team, in Iberia in this instance.
This role will bridge the gap between customers and the product team by managing technical product discussions, feature requests, and proof of concept (PoC) development.
You will also support the sales team with technical demos and presentations, representing the company at industry events.
Primarily, you will:
- Lead pre-sales engagements alongside the Sales team
- Manage customer PoCs, demos, and act as the main technical point of contact
- Identify product feature gaps and liaise with the product team for improvements
- Represent the company at trade shows, roadshows, and technical forums
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proficiency in video technologies: 2110, TR07, TR08, SDI workflows, HEVC/AVC/J2K/JPEG-XS encoding
- Familiarity with SRT, 2022-7, and similar technologies
- 3+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Sales Engineer
- 5+ years of experience in video technologies (encoding, contribution, live production, distribution)
- Fluent/Native Spanish and good English skills; additional languages are a +
