Regional Sales Manager – Germany (DACH Region)

A leading global provider of professional real-time communications solutions is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Known for their pioneering work in wired and wireless intercom systems used in broadcast, live events, performance venues, government, and defense sectors, the company has maintained a strong reputation for technical excellence, reliability, and customer focus since the late 1960s.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional with a background in pro-audio technologies and a passion for helping clients solve complex communications challenges.
The Role:
Reporting to senior management, the Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing the commercial strategy across the DACH region. The role involves both direct sales and channel partner engagement, with a strong focus on identifying new business, nurturing key relationships, and delivering against sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:

Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to the territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with end-users, resellers, and integrators.

Identify and pursue new markets and account opportunities.

Collaborate with management to define and achieve annual sales goals.

Provide accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

Lead product demonstrations and represent the company at trade shows and industry events.

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM.

Work with internal stakeholders, including Product Management and Engineering, to relay market feedback and contribute to product development.

Assist with promotional campaigns, technical support, and regional partner training as needed.
About You:
To succeed in this role, candidates will need a mix of strong commercial acumen, deep industry knowledge, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Key requirements:

Minimum 7 years of field-based sales experience.

At least 5 years of experience in professional audio sales or related communications technology.

A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Strong knowledge of electronic systems and audio signal flow.

Experience in managing channel partners and negotiating contracts.

Fluent in both German and English.

Willingness to travel regularly within the region.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

An associate degree (or equivalent) is preferred.
