QA Engineer | Krakow | Hybrid | Financial Services
We're on the lookout for a highly capable QA Engineer to join a forward-thinking development team building a greenfield platform in the cloud. If you're passionate about automation, APIs, and performance testing — and love building frameworks from the ground up — this one’s for you.

The Role:
You’ll play a key part in building, scaling, and refining a test automation suite across a mission-critical financial services platform. From API testing to performance and database validation, you’ll work with modern tools and help shape quality across the board.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain UI & API test automation (C#, .NET, REST)
Develop frameworks from scratch, not just maintain
Test and validate performance, especially against Oracle databases
Contribute to Kafka-based API testing workflows
Collaborate closely with dev teams on CI/CD, quality gates, and integration
Take initiative and work self-sufficiently in a highly technical environment

Tech Stack:
C# / .NET
REST APIs, Kafka
Oracle, performance testing
Automation from scratch
CI/CD tools (knowledge desirable)

Requirements:
5–7 years in test automation
Strong coding skills (C#)
Deep experience with API testing
Knowledge of performance testing, especially in database-heavy environments
Experience working in high-velocity engineering environments
Self-driven, curious, and delivery-focused
