About the Role
We are seeking Senior Frontend Developers to join a dynamic team building front-office sales and trading applications on a cutting-edge microservices platform. You will work closely with traders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain enterprise-level frontend applications using React and TypeScript.
Collaborate within a Scrum team to deliver robust software solutions.
Translate complex business requirements into efficient, reusable code.
Implement and maintain testing frameworks (unit, integration, functional).
Provide technical direction and contribute to system architecture.
Work with backend layers (Java wrapper, WebSockets API) and run servers locally.


Tech Stack

This role bridges the gap between data science and IT operations, ensuring seamless integration of machine learning and other data science modules into operational workflows.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Streamlines and automates data science products lifecycle from development to deployment and monitoring.
  • Designs, develops and maintains tools enabling reproducible experimentation, models versioning, automated deployment, serving etc.
  • Tests, refactors, optimizes, and packages the code developed by data scientists. Improves, deploys, monitors and maintains developed models.

  • Provides support and guidance to other team members on MLOps best practices.

 

Requirements

  • Experience developing and deploying classical supervised models, ideally in on-prem environments
  • Proficient with main Python analytics and ML libraries (numpy, pandas, scikit-learn, keras / tensorflow / pytorch)
  • Experience with MLOps platforms like MLFlow / Databricks 
  • Experience with Linux (especially RedHat distribution) and version control (git)
  • Experience with containerization technologies (docker/podman)
  • Familiarity with DevOps pipelines (especially Azure DevOps Services)
  • Eager to learn

 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience in data modelling and database management. Experience managing RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL).

Role Summary

The successful candidate will take charge of a London-based engineering team responsible for developing and maintaining technology solutions that underpin the firm’s risk management capabilities. Main Duties

  • Guide and support a team of engineers in designing, building, and deploying platforms for risk analysis and management.

  • Deep expertise in financial services, particularly in areas such as market risk, credit risk, or risk analytics.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala, and familiarity with modern frameworks.
  • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Strong grasp of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and DevOps principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver complex technical projects.
  • Solid understanding of financial products and risk concepts.

 

Technical & Professional Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Java and Oracle (current stack), and exposure to AWS, Python, and Snowflake (future stack).

Compensation & Working Arrangements

  • Base salary in the range of £165,000–£185,000, with total compensation up to £210,000 (including performance-related bonus).

We’re looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join a Middle Office team working across API-based systems, with scope to explore AI-driven testing in the future. This is a hands-on role where you’ll shape automation frameworks, ensure testing best practices, and work closely with front-office and risk management platforms.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute automated test suites for functional and performance testing.
  • Contribute to building frameworks and enhancing existing automation.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure coverage across the trade lifecycle.
  • Gain exposure to GenAI / LLM tools to support automation design and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4–8+ years QA/test automation experience, ideally within banking/insurance (front-office or risk platforms a big plus).
  • Strong Java (7/8) skills with hands-on experience in:
    • Cucumber, Selenium, JMeter, SoapUI
    • Maven, Gradle, SQL, Unix scripting, Git
  • CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/ADO).
  • Good knowledge of software testing best practices across functional, regression, and performance testing.
