Responsibilities
You’ll join a London-based Equity Front Office technology team, collaborating with both local stakeholders
and global colleagues.
Key duties include:
• Application support for Middle Office/Operations, including troubleshooting booking, allocation, and
commission issues.
• Assisting with onboarding new clients to the trading platform.
• Creating new client reports.
• Collaborating with developers to capture and deliver new functionality.
Candidates with experience in Fidessa Equity Trading platforms and allocation workflows—particularly the
Fidessa CTAC (Client Trade Allocation Confirmation)—are strongly preferred. This includes investigating and
resolving:
• Allocation issues with CTM, FIX 4.4, Tag 1 pre-allocation, templates, and manual workflows.
• Blocks from upstream Fidessa global platforms and proprietary trading systems.
• Affirmed allocations from CTAC into downstream systems.
You'll also:
• Become a subject matter expert in a proprietary internal application covering trading workflows,
booking/allocation, and settlement lifecycle.
• Follow JIRA processes for enhancement requests and bug fixes.
• Provide relevant management information.
• Participate in testing and implementing new releases and workflows.

Requirements
• Investment/financial market experience across equities (Cash, ETS, Swap, Derivatives, FX, etc.).
• Knowledge of global equity trading and allocation workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Fidessa CTAC and FDM.
• Familiarity with CTM Trade Management and Traiana Trade Reports is a plus.
• Knowledge of FIX protocol and strong SQL skills.
• Experience supporting trading/allocation systems (configurations, registry updates, user assistance, etc.).
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-focused attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
