Role Description: As a C# Developer, you will work closely with the team to support and enhance the pricing activities. The team collaborates with trading, sales, and other groups to support pricing needs for the API. You will work with quants to integrate new products and handle a variety of complex products. The role requires diagnosing problems, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, and having meaningful conversations with traders to understand their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate new products with API consumers and build out the UI for end-user features.
  • Deploy and release the application, following bureaucratic processes.
  • Improve the build and test environment and deliver functionality to FX trading, sales, and other systems.
  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the application and diagnose issues related to calculations or other technical aspects.

Technical Skills:

  • Must have strong C# skills (3-5 years of experience).
  • Experience with C# 4.8 and framework 4.8.
  • Understanding of mathematical and option products.
  • Experience in a front-office trading or pricing environment.
  • SQL Server and Python experience are nice to have.
  • Familiarity with Solace messaging is a plus.

Business Skills:

  • Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
  • Experience working with traders and understanding their requirements.

Team and Culture: The team consists of 14 people located in London, Singapore, Prague, and New York. There are 2 people in London, with the addition of this new hire making it 3. The team works on-site on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Compensation:

  • Basic Salary up to 100k
  • Performance-dependent bonus for individual and bank.

Interview Process:

  • Initial screening call.
  • 2-hour onsite interview (1 hour technical, 1 hour team fit).
  • Psychometric test prior to onsite interview.

Why Join Us: This role offers the opportunity to work on a complex and established application with a variety of challenging tasks. You will be part of a dynamic team that continuously rolls out new products according to market demand. The role provides exposure to front-office trading and pricing environments, with the chance to work closely with traders and quants. The compensation package is competitive, with performance-dependent bonuses.

If you are a strong C# developer with experience in a front-office trading or pricing environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
