What You’ll Do

  • Create and execute automated and manual test cases to ensure optimal system performance.
  • Collaborate with software development and support teams to deliver high-quality applications.
  • Develop and maintain test plans for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Align stakeholders and developers around clear, testable acceptance criteria.
  • Document quality assurance processes and workflows.
  • Promote best practices in QA and testing methodologies.
  • Ensure software changes meet business, legal, compliance, and technical standards.
  • Build and maintain test automation frameworks for trading-related applications.
  • Track QA metrics such as capacity, velocity, and deliverables.

What’s Required

  • 5+ years of experience in QA, test automation, software engineering, or business analysis.
  • Strong expertise in trade processing, lifecycle event management, corporate actions, and cash flow handling.
  • Experience supporting fixed income products (e.g., Interest Rate Swaps, MBS), U.S. Equities, and U.S. Treasuries.
  • Solid understanding of position management for listed and OTC products.
  • Familiarity with SDLC, test lifecycle, and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with databases.
  • Experience with messaging and communication technologies such as APIs, HTTP methods, and Kafka.
  • Development experience in Java, JavaScript, C#, or Python.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
