Job Description

we are working with a global financial firm who are seeking an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead the integration of their marketing and sales teams, involving the merger of two different platforms. This is a critical role that will drive organizational change and ensure a seamless transition.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project management best practices.
  • Facilitate effective collaboration between marketing, sales, and other stakeholders, fostering clear communication and stakeholder alignment.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, risk mitigation strategies, and change management processes.
  • Lead project meetings, drive decision-making, and ensure project objectives are met within defined constraints.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure the successful integration of the marketing and sales platforms, addressing technical and operational challenges.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to ensure seamless implementation of technical solutions.

 

Qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within the marketing, sales, or related domains.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects involving organizational change and technical implementations.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in implementing technical solutions.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
