Product Manager/Business Analyst - Financial Regulations W2 Contract

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for:

Analysing regulatory and business requirements to produce clear functional specifications and requirements.
Developing a strategic product vision, roadmap, and strategy across the full product lifecycle, with a focus on regulatory compliance.
Acting as the product manager within an agile team, participating in ceremonies and ensuring alignment between product, design, and engineering.
Supporting team objectives and key results, and providing relevant product metrics and measurements.
Ensuring quality, compliance, and non-functional requirements like performance and maintainability.

The ideal candidate will have:

Extensive experience working in agile environments and a strong understanding of product management frameworks.
A track record of delivering complex products and managing regulatory requirements, ideally in the financial services industry.
Expertise in setting and tracking outcome-focused goals using frameworks like OKRs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships across the organization.
Deep knowledge of trade flows, financial regulations (e.g. Consolidated Audit Trail), and recent industry developments.
Strong SQL querying skills

3 days in the office
Paying between $700 - $850 per day
Weehawken, New Jersey or Stamford NYC
