Caspian One are working with the media arm of a major Sports Federation which handles the production, distribution and sales for a global calendar of tournaments, bringing digital content and media to millions of fans globally

We're looking for someone to join our customers in-house media management team, supporting live production and original programming across a global sports broadcast calendar. This role is central to managing the full media lifecycle—from pre-event planning and live operations to post-event archiving and content delivery.

You’ll work closely with production teams, editors, engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth media workflows and technical operations. This is a hands-on role offering exposure to world-class sporting events and cutting-edge production technology

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage media assets across live and non-live productions, ensuring timely and accurate handling
  • Operate and optimise Media Asset Management (MAM) systems
  • Design and implement scalable media workflows for new initiatives
  • Troubleshoot technical issues across systems and platforms
  • Provide on-site media support during events, including ingesting footage, managing shared storage, and archiving
  • Coordinate camera card workflows and support editorial tasks such as re-versioning and exporting content
  • Handle proxy generation and media relinking for remote editing workflow

Skills & Experience

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with EVS systems (XT VIA, IP Director, XSquare)
  • Familiarity with NLE systems (e.g., Premiere Pro) and transcoding tools (e.g., Adobe Media Encoder, Vantage)
  • Understanding of IT functions (IP setup, drive formatting on Mac/Windows)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Teams)
  • Detail-oriented, especially with file naming and metadata
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, depending on event size
  • Editorial knowledge of men’s tennis is a plus, but not essential
