Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and talented SRE to join the team at this successful hedge fund in London whom mainly trade in fixed income but are moving into equities. You will be able to utilize your skills over time and support the trading and middle office applications. You must have a great knowledge of Python, SQL server, Jenkins and or Teamcity.

Key requirements:

• +3 years of professional experience
• A great understanding and proven practice of Python
• Great knowledge of SQL
• Prometheus & Grafana
• Experience in Jenkins and or Teamcity, CICD tools
• Experience of working with cloud
• Containers such as Docker a desirable
• A keen interest to work in the finance industry

Desirable skills:

• Knowledge of .net
• Knowledge from working in fixed income and or Equities previously
• Previous roles working in SRE banking or Hedge Fund
• Proven background of SRE with support
• Some experience dealing with the front office preferably at a hedge fund
